CARL A. LARSON

Mr. Larson is experienced in bankruptcy and probate and in establishing corporations, buy-sell agreements, and employment agreements.  Mr. Larson has had the following cases reported:  Heacock v. Ivorette-Texas, Inc. (1993) 20 Cal.App.4th. 1665; Rancho Santa Fe Pharmacy, Inc. v. Seyfert (1990) 219 Cal.App.3d 875; Taggares v. Superior Court (Mitchell) (1998) 62 Cal.App.4th 94.Mr. Larson received his Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1981.  He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of California at Davis in 1987.  Mr. Larson also received an LL.M., in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1994.

Mr. Larson is a member of the California Bar Association (Admitted 1988, member of Estate Planning Section); United States District Courts for the Southern District of California; United States Tax Court; the Bar Association of Northern San Diego County; University of California, San Diego, Planned Giving Committee (1992-1996); and he is President of the North Central Democratic Club, Rancho Bernardo (2002 to the present).
