Mr. Burkhardt is the Managing Partner of Burkhardt & Larson and is chiefly responsible for the firm's real estate and civil litigation practice. He has successfully brought through trial cases involving a wide variety of real property and business disputes such as: owner-contractor disputes; buyer-seller litigation; mechanic's liens; secured loan transactions; commercial and residential lease disputes; environmental contamination; restrictive covenant matters; boundary and easement disputes; real property foreclosures; real estate broker litigation; joint owner disputes; title insurance matters; homeowners associations and condominium developments; trade secrets; intellectual property; wrongful termination; partnership and corporation dissolutions; shareholder disputes; and litigation involving trusts and estates.
